The raw material of the high temperature carbon felt is viscose staple fiber. The fiber first goes through needle punching and becomes needle punched felt. The felt then goes through low temperature carbonization and high temperature carbonization. The felt can be used in the vacuum furnace under a circumstance of 1000c. The thickness of the felt ranges from 5mm to 15mm. It can be widely used in the vacuum furnace, sintering furnace, monocrystalline silicon smelting furnace as a thermal insulation material.
